The following “motions” shall be considered by the court without written responses of briefs:
(1)Requests for Alternative Services pursuant to Rule 430;
(2)Requests to Proceed Informal Pauperis (Rule 240);
(3)Any motion certified as uncontested pursuant to Local Rule 208.2 (d).
The forgoing motions, after filing with the Prothonotary, shall be presented to the Court Administrator.The Court Administrator shall promptly deliver the motion to the Civil Equity/emergency Judge for review and determination.
