Rule 3118(a)(6)*(A). Levy, Denial of Entry to Premises (A) The Court may, on motion of counsel, after writ of execution has been issued and after attempt by the sheriff to make a levy has been unsuccessful, upon affidavit executed by the sheriff, that the defendant or defendants have refused to allow the sheriff entry into the premises where the property is located, authorize the sheriff to enter by breaking in by force, to make a levy, upon plaintiff posting such security as the Court may order.
