Rule 3251*(a). Praecipe for Writ of Execution; Money Judgments; Content (a) Praecipe for Writ of Execution; Money Judgments; Content. The praecipe for writ of execution shall include: (1) Statement whether writ is against real property or personal property, or both; certification whether exemption has been waived. (2) Description of real estate to Prothonotary. If the execution is against real estate the Prothonotary shall be provided with a description of the real estate, which he shall attach to the writ of execution.
