Rule 571*(E),(F). Arraignment. (E) At the conclusion of a preliminary hearing in which a defendant is bound over for action by the Court of Common Pleas, or upon waiver of the preliminary hearing by a defendant, the issuing authority shall provide written notice of the date, place and time of arraignment in the Court of Common Pleas. (F) Arraignment may be conducted by the Court Administrator or designated Deputy, and may be conducted by using advanced communication technology.
