Rule 4. Attorneys - Appearances and Withdrawals. A. Counsel for the juvenile shall enter his appearance promptly upon being retained. He shall serve a copy of the entry of appearance on the attorney for the Commonwealth, the Juvenile Probation Department, Children and Youth Services in those cases where it is a party, and the detention or shelter care facility, if the child is in detention or shelter care. B. Counsel for the juvenile may not withdraw his appearance except by leave of Court. Such leave shall be granted only upon application made, and served on the attorney for the Commonwealth, the Probation Department, Children and Youth Services, in those cases where it is a party, and the client.
