Local Rule 1.1B. Sessions (1) Days Held. The Court will be in session on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, except during the months of July and August when the Court will be in session only on every Friday thereof for the presentation of ex parte miscellaneous business. (2) Time. Each session will begin at 10 A.M. Eastern Standard time or Eastern Daylight Saving time, whichever is in effect unless otherwise ordered by the Court. (3) Special Sessions. Special sessions may be called the exigencies as business may require.
