Local Rule 1.1 D. Argument List (1) When Heard. Arguments of matters upon which a hearing was had may be heard at the conclusion of the hearing, otherwise they will be heard at a time fixed therefore. (2) How Placed on List. All matters to be argued (other than those upon which a hearing was had) including motions pertaining to jury trials, may be placed on the argument list. Each argument list shall be made up ten days before the session of Court at which the list is to be called; it shall be displayed in the Clerk's office and shall be published once in the legal periodical.
