Local Rule 1.1H. Corporate Fiduciaries Corporations having fiduciary powers and authorized to do business in this Commonwealth may act as fiduciaries in matters pending in this Court; provided that in the case of any corporation with its principal office in a county of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania whose rules of Court prescribe procedure for the examination of, approval of, or the giving of security by corporate fiduciaries of Montgomery County, this Court hereby adopts as its rule the rules of Court of such county and such corporate fiduciary must satisfy in this Court such requirements before it may act as fiduciary in anymatter pending in this Court.
